Incredible testimony from the firefighter union at the Port of Vancouver. The ILWU president also testified against oil in front of a packed house opposed to oil.

    Even the City of Los Angeles doesn't have a fire department capable of dealing with an oil train fire.

    Their City Council voted 15-0 to oppose a crude by rail terminal that would involve only 5 oil trains per week. Tesoro Savage plans 28 per week.
