Yesterday proved quite a busy day, starting out with a 1:30 am derailment in Aberdeen, just behind the Safeway store.The Supreme Court found favorably in regards to EPA regulation of cross-state air quality. City of Hoquiam Administrator announced the future lay-off of 4 firefighters. The 2nd and last EIS Scoping Public Comment meeting was held in Centralia where 79 people spoke against the Oil Terminal proposals and none in favor. And the finish the evening, KIRO7 aired a report showing that the State of Washington has *no* plan for cleaning up an Oil disaster in our waters.
